How to create an account
Creating an account couldn’t be simpler. You’ll need your phone number and email address. To keep your money extra safe, you’ll also need to verify your identity.
Upload either your National ID or passport along with a picture of yourself using your front mobile or computer camera. All the documents you provide us with, are kept within the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.

2. Add the receiver’s details
You’ll need their full name and bank account details (bank name and 10-digit NUBAN). Remember, you can also use their phone number instead.
3. Select how to pay
You can pay for your transfer by bank transfer or debit/credit card. All card payments are secure and we’ll let you know when we’ve sent the money.

How does cash pickup (USD) work
We also support cash payouts, so you can make secure digital transfers for USD collection in Nigeria. It’s fast, safe and cash pickup is available from 5 major banks.
The collection details for cash payout will be provided via SMS to the receiver. On collection, the receiver must provide their Biometric Verification Number (BVN), plus ONE of the following: driving license, National ID or passport.
