What is TransferGo?

TransferGo is an international money transfer company, offering a range of affordable money transfer services without excessive bank fees.

Founded in 2012, the fast-growing Fintech brand currently serves 22 currencies across 47 countries and counting, with offices across Europe, including London, Vilnius, Berlin, Istanbul, and Warsaw.

Serving both personal and commercial bank transfers on a digital account-to-account model, TransferGo pride themselves on delivering high-quality money transfers with speed, ease and excellent value.

How much will I pay to transfer money with TransferGo?

Our pricing is based on very competitive currency rates, and how quickly you want the money you send to reach its destination.

Next-day delivery is super cheap. In fact, most of our next-day transfers are free! The most you’ll pay is £0.99. For super-fast delivery (where your money arrives in as little as 30 minutes), the delivery fee depends on the transfer amount.

Currency rates are fixed, so the amount you decide to send is what will arrive, with conversion rates ranging between 0-2.2%. All fees are included in the amount you see when you create your money transfer so there are no hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.

Is it safe to transfer money abroad with TransferGo?

Yes! TransferGo is a licensed and authorized payment institution (reference no 600886) regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and supervised by HMRC (Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs) in England, so we offer the same security standards as any commercial bank does.

I have a business, can I transfer money with TransferGo?

Yes, absolutely! Click here to send money as a business.

What’s the difference between TransferGo rates and European Central Bank rates?

Our rates sometimes differ from rates given by the European Central Bank (ECB). The ECB updates their rates around 16:00 CET each day, while our rates are live and constantly updated to reflect market developments.

What’s more, our rates have to cover costs (like exchanging uncommon currencies) and risks (like making transfers while the market is closed). We work hard to make sure they’re some of the best rates in the business. You can compare our rates with the ECB here.
