Terms of Use: Business Cashback Campaign

These Terms and Conditions govern the TransferGo cash back offer offered by TransferGo Limited (hereinafter referred to as “TransferGo”).

By activating the cashback offer, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. The offer is available to new users with a registered business only
  2. To qualify for the £100 / €100 cashback, you must:
  • Sign up to TransferGo Business
  • Successfully verify your identity via our web platform.
  • Successfully verify your business via our web platform. 
  • Make an international transfer of 100 GBP or 100 Euros or more via TransferGo, funded from your company’s bank account.

Complete the above steps before the promotion ends. The promotion starts on XX/XX/XXXX and ends on 23:59 GMT, 30/09/2024. TransferGo reserves the right to end the offer at any given time. 

  1. A qualifying international transfer is considered complete when:
  • You initiate the transfer and pay the relevant amount to be transferred together with our fees. Your transfer must be funded from your business bank account.
  • The receiver’s bank account is credited with the transferred amount (subject to any additional fees and charges as outlined in our Terms and Conditions), and the transfer is not rejected or refunded.

For business customers whose business is registered in the UK, £100 will be deposited into the same account you used to fund your first international transaction via TransferGo. For businesses registered in other countries €100 or equivalent will be deposited into the same account you used to fund your first international transaction via TransferGo. The amount will be paid by TransferGo within 2 working days of completing a qualifying transfer.

Exclusions: 

  1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
  2. Only one cashback is allowed per business account, regardless of the number of qualifying transfers.

General Terms:

  1. TransferGo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the cashback Offer at any time without prior notice.
  2.  TransferGo reserves the right to disqualify any user from participating in the offer if fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected.
  3. Users agree that TransferGo’s decision regarding any aspect of the offer shall be final and binding.
  4. By participating in the offer, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  6. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 
  7. By participating in this cashback offer, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
